Free for 60 days from the start, then a yearly price by the size of the association. Everything is included, for the whole board.
Price a year
The prices exclude VAT, with VAT beside. One price per association, however many sit on the board.

Help to get started, once, if you want it: 2,900 kr excluding VAT. We add your documents, the year wheel, the approval rules and the accounts, connect the email and go through Gärdsmygen with the board for 45 minutes.
How payment works
- Free for 60 days from the start. No card and no payment during the free period.
- One invoice a year in advance, with 30 days to pay. It can go to the property manager.
- Two weeks before the free period ends the board gets a letter with the price and how to continue.
- If you do not continue, you can read and print everything for another 90 days. Then the data is removed, after a reminder.
What is included
- Cases from the board's email, with suggested replies drawn from the association's own documents. A board member always sends.
- Meetings, notices, minutes and the decisions register, and the general meeting with the voting register.
- The year wheel with the law's deadlines.
- The finances to review: approval, budget against actual and key ratios from the property manager's books.
- The binder with searchable documents, registers, the maintenance plan and the handover to the next board.
- The web and the iPhone app, in Swedish and English.
- The association's data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt, and kept apart from other associations'.
